3 branches of purslane, approximately 1 foot long (30 centimiteres) stems and leaves but without roots.
4-5 ripe peaches, pits removed
2 cups water
1 cup ice made from pure water
Blend all ingredients well. Enjoy!
Purslane contains more of omega-3 fatty acids than any other green leafy vegetable yet studied. Purslane also contains high levels of vitamin E—six times more than spinach. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cell membranes from breaking down.
